Today was the day of the NIL Photoshoot we started at 9:30am and finished late afternoon, it was a busy day on our feet constantly but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The day started off by setting up the crab, the backdrops, collecting some wood, taking the rails and props over. The models hair and makeup was done and we began to shoot by roughly 11am. At first it was taking a while to shoot each model in their outfits but as time went on everyone started to get into their own little routine which meant everything started to go a lot quicker and smoother. We were getting through outfits a lot quicker and everyone seemed to know what they were doing. The models were amazing, they were very professional, they knew what to do and just got on with it which was very helpful for us. The photographers were fantastic, they knew how to direct the models, what poses for them to do and made a lot of suggestions when it come to using props and different camera angles. My role today was one of the stylist’s, I made sure the outfits were worn correctly. Which models were going to be wearing what and what stylised poses to do which would suit the outfit being worn. It was great fun to see the photos being taken and I would most definitely do it again. I am looking forward to seeing the final photographs once they are done and put into NIL. I took lots of photos from behind the scenes which can be seen below.
